Asking the right questions at the right time to get insightful answers, from both stakeholders and research participants, in order to design the best possible products.
Most of my work is qualitative in nature, since I feel that qualitative research allows us to improve designs in more effective ways. They answer the WHY questions in addition to the WHAT ones.
Surveys are great for getting a lot of quantitative information from a large sample of people. I use my background in survey research to design, implement, and analyze surveys to get the most valuable information.

I’ve given presentations, written articles, and participated in a hackathon both to contribute my expertise and to learn from others.
