I have worked both on-site and remotely in the NY metropolitan area, and have conducted remote UX research with participants in Europe, Asia, and North & South America. I have also presented in several UXPA conferences, both in the United States and Europe, and have taught a psychology of design graduate level course at Brandeis University.
I began my career in User Experience Research, while working at the U.S. Census Bureau, and completed my M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design, while working in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. I also have UX Researcher experience in telecom/entertainment and software development, and currently work in the heavy machinery industry.
