I have worked both on-site and remotely in the NY tri-state area, and have conducted remote UX research with participants in Europe, Asia, and North & South America. I have also presented in several UXPA conferences, both in the United States and Europe.
I began my career in User Experience Research in 2005, while working at the U.S. Census Bureau, and completed my M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design in 2013, while working in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. I currently work in the telecom and entertainment industries.
